A Civil Engineer has to be conversant with building and town planning and their development controls, skill of preparing drawings of various types like, orthographic, perspective, working drawings etc. in addition of, Town planner needs to understand how the development is done in the limited resources such as land. Expert talk on “Amravati city planning and land Pooling Scheme” gives the idea about the land management tools to the student. Gujarat is using Land Pooling and Land Readjustment method and land Acquisition methods land management tool. Same way, Haryana and Punjab are using land Acquisition method. Transfer development Rights is one of the good land management tool for the vertical development which is used by Maharashtra Region.
